What is here today

One free tool, the Website Prompt Generator, and some writing. Nothing is for sale yet. You can use the generator as much as you like, for personal or commercial work, without paying, registering, or crediting anyone.

What you may do with the output

The prompts the generator produces are yours. I claim no rights over them and no share of anything you build with them. Use them commercially, sell what you make, modify them freely.

What you may not do is republish the generator itself — copy the tool and host it as your own, or fold it into a product you sell. The line is whether the thing you are offering is your own work or a copy of mine.

When there are paid products

They will be digital: files you download, delivered immediately. You will be buying a licence to use them, not ownership of the underlying work — which means you may use them for your own work and your clients' work, modify them however you like, and run them on as many machines as you personally work on. You may not resell them, redistribute them, or share your download with people who have not bought it.

Refunds, when there is something to refund

Ask within 30 days, say what went wrong, and you will get your money back with no further process. This will sit alongside your legal rights as a consumer rather than replacing them — where the law where you live gives you more, the law wins.

What is guaranteed

That anything here does what its own page says it does, at the time you got it.

What is not guaranteed is a particular result in your situation, or that anything keeps working unchanged forever. These tools depend on AI models and other people's software, both of which change without asking me. When something breaks that way I fix it and the fix is free to anyone who has it, but I cannot promise it never breaks.

Limits

Everything here produces output you are expected to read and check. It is not advice and not a substitute for professional judgement — do not put a generated prompt, or an agent's output, in front of a client, a regulator or a court without reading it first. To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to what you paid, which for the free tool is nothing.

Running costs are yours

The generator costs nothing to run. Future products that call an AI model will use your own API key, and that usage is billed to you by the provider directly. Each product page will give a typical figure, but usage varies and an estimate is not a cap.

Changes

These terms can change for anything you get in future. Whatever you already have stays under the terms that applied when you got it.
