Let AI Run is a small catalogue of AI skills, agents and productivity tools, run by one person rather than a company.
Why this exists
I've lost a lot of time to AI tools that looked great in the demo and fell apart by week three. They tend to fail the same way. The thing works fine on the tidy example, then meets a real one and has no idea what to do, and nobody ever wrote down where that line sits. You find out by wasting a fortnight.
So I have a rule. Nothing goes in the catalogue the week I build it. It has to survive a few months of me actually depending on it, with the bad transcript and the messy inbox, not the clean version I built it against. Most things don't survive that. The ones that do are the ones I'm willing to charge for.
What that changes
It means every product page tells you what the tool is bad at. I think that's the most useful part of the page. If you know in advance where something is going to hand you back work you have to check, you can build a habit around it. If you don't, you find that out at the worst possible moment.
It also means there's no server in the middle. You're buying files that run on your machine or inside your own account. Nothing phones home, nothing expires, and if this site went down tomorrow the thing you bought would carry on working.
The Instagram side
@letairun is the short version of all this. The useful finding, most days, without the working out. This site is where things get explained properly, where the sources go, and where the tools themselves live. It's the same project. Instagram just doesn't give me the room to show the work.
Who is behind it
I'm Jared Bangal. My master's is in cybersecurity management and I design and build websites. Between them I spend a lot of time watching software meet the people who actually have to use it, which turns out to be a useful place to stand for this. Most of what goes wrong with a tool isn't the model. It's everything around the model.
Building sites is where the habit of writing everything down came from. The Website Prompt Generator, the first tool on here, exists because I kept answering the same questions every time I started one and got tired of trying to remember the list.
This isn't a company. It's me building tools I needed anyway and putting up the ones that turned out to be worth keeping. If something breaks, you're writing to the person who wrote it.
