Let AI Run is a small catalogue of AI skills, agents and productivity tools, run by one person rather than a company.
Why this exists
There is a lot of AI tooling that demos beautifully and falls apart in week three. It usually fails the same way: it works on the clean example, it has no idea what to do with the messy real one, and there is nothing written down about which is which. You find out by wasting a fortnight.
So the rule here is that nothing goes in the catalogue the week it was built. It has to survive a few months of me actually depending on it, in the ordinary conditions where the transcript is bad and the inbox is a mess. Most things do not survive that, which is the point — the ones that do are the ones worth charging for.
What that changes
Mainly it means each product page can tell you what the thing is bad at. That section is not modesty; it is the most useful part of the page. A tool that is honest about its edges is one you can build a habit around, because you know in advance where it will hand back something you have to check.
It also means there is no server in the middle. What you buy is files that run on your machine or in your own account. Nothing phones home, nothing expires, and if this site disappeared tomorrow what you bought would carry on working.
The Instagram side
@letairun is the short version of the same thinking — the useful finding, most days, without the working. This site is where things get worked out at length, where the sources go, and where the tools themselves live. The two are the same project; one just has a character limit.
Who is behind it
I am Jared Bangal. My day job is IT support and my master's is in cybersecurity management, which between them mean I spend a lot of time watching software meet the people who actually have to use it. That is a useful vantage point for this: most of what goes wrong with a tool is not the model, it is everything around the model.
I also design and build websites, which is where the habit of writing things down came from. The first tool here, the Website Prompt Generator, exists because I kept answering the same questions before starting a site and got tired of remembering the list.
Nothing here is a company. It is one person, building tools for their own work and putting up the ones that turned out to be worth keeping. If something breaks, you are writing to the person who wrote it.
