What this is
Most AI tools are a demo. These are the ones that survived being used.
Everything here started as something I built to get my own work done, kept using for months, and only then wrote up properly enough to hand to someone else. That order matters — it is why each one comes with the cases where it does not help, which is not a thing a product built to be sold tends to admit.
-
Used before it was sold
Nothing goes up the week it was built. If it has not survived a few months of real work, it is not finished enough to charge for.
-
You get the source, not a service
Files you download, read, and change. Nothing phones home, nothing expires, and nothing stops working because a subscription lapsed.
-
Told what it cannot do
Every product page has a section on who it is wrong for. Returns cost more than an honest paragraph does.
Let AI Run is a small catalogue of AI skills, agents and productivity tools, run by one person rather than a company. What gets built comes out of my own work; what gets sold is the part that kept earning its place after the novelty wore off.
The Instagram account is the short version of the same thinking. This site is where the tools live, and where anything I claim about them has to be specific enough to argue with.
Questions
It depends on the product, and each page says which. The templates and written methods need nothing beyond the app they live in. The agents need you to be comfortable pasting an API key into a config file and running a command — not programming, but not nothing either. If a product needs more than that, its page will say so before the price does.
Anything that calls a model runs on your own API key, so the usage cost is yours and goes straight to the provider rather than through me. That is the honest arrangement — I would otherwise be reselling tokens with a margin on them. Each product page states roughly what a typical run costs so it is not a surprise.
Not to me. These are files that run on your machine or inside your own account — there is no Let AI Run server in the middle, because there is no Let AI Run server. Whatever you send to a model goes to that provider under their terms, which is worth reading once. Checkout is handled by the payment provider, so card details never touch this site either.
Ask for a refund and you will get one — see the pricing page for the actual terms. I would rather refund you than have you keep something that does not fit, and the reason you give is the most useful feedback I get.

Requests genuinely shape what gets built next — most of the catalogue started as someone describing a job they kept doing by hand. Questions about a product before you buy are welcome too.
